Get this, My x husband owes me ovr 38 thousand and i cant get anyone to do anyting about it, my youngest is now 20 years old, bt he still owes me the money, could be helping my kids out with stuff they need now to take care of there failies and tere own things, He is a dead beat dad, drinks alcohol everyday. drnk every weekend and sometimes threw he week. He owns his own drywall business and makes around thousandplus each week but he cant pay me any back chid support. And says no on will do anything about it beause thekids are grown. I dont understand if you owe the support yuou woe the supportr. If hat was on the other foot i would be in jail. He also beat his 2 year old up about8 months ago. he had a concussion and he chokeed himtill he passed out and beat him in the hear that myu son said he saw stars for 3 days and felt like he was gonna die, my son now ha got brain damage and has to be put in a institution because of the bullshit.My son sill upholds him and says he is his father so he cant press charges that make me sick to my stomach, That man beat me for over 18 years until i finally got y head scerewed n right and tol; him it was me or hm that one of us was gonna die if he evertouched me or my kids again. I am now remarried HAPPILY. and live in a different state. I am gonna try to file for back support here and see if i an get some help. that man still needs tp pay even though the kids are grown. He hardly helpe me with anythig, h support people even took him to court wen my youngest was 3 years old and the cs people still wont do anything.
My husband x wife called us a couple days ago and threatened us over us being 500.00 behind on i month support on my husbands daughter thirteen years old. we pay 500.00 a month. we got a lettr today, to days later from whjere she went and talked to them and threatening him jail. He is pemittedly diabled and i als am we both are waiting to see if we are gonna get ssi and ssd. my husband has alreadyeen turned down once and expect i again. and i am sure i will be turned down. i even have proof that i am gonna be deaf within five years and i have a disease that is getting alot worse and my doctrs state i cant work at all. and my husband ws burnt bad with green liquor and fired whie in the hospital. nd now we are worried he is going to jail over 500. on i child and my x is getting by with over 38 thousand. you talk about a crockl of crap. And we are boh disabled and we had to live in a tent over a year, both of us hurt and it was hell, and the c support didnt care. we went days and das with no food, i couldnt even bymy personals that i needed so we could give that woman very sent we coiuld try to make or money people would give us for food , we couldnt use it we ad to jive it to her. This world and the laws ahve went to shit

I can sympathize with you.. it will never come. My ex wife is $60,000 behind, never has be to court or arrested. I get now $60 to $100 a month.. humm I will be 105 y.o. be fore it gets paid!!! I gave up a long time ago.. it is a game with child support! Good luck!

Wow what a story...my heart goes out to you. My situation is a bit like yours so I know the emotions you generate.
Can you switch to another court (switch venue)?
Sounds to me judge knows your ex and for some reason ??? lets him off. If your ex doesn't have a legal job then it will always be a battle getting support.
