I am a single parent. I am recently awaiting disability for several health issues and am unable to work, only for the past two years. My ex has been arrested for Drug Trafficking as well as possesion. He is serving no time 5 years later. We have been in court over a period of the past 7 years at least 8 to 10 times most years of the seven. It is ordered that he pay his present support and $100 extra for his arrearage. He has payed no medical expenses at all. But the kicker is he has 37 yes 37 Counts of Contempt in our case alone awaiting him if he fails to follow the Court Order. Forgive me im laughing because this man has been let off of every single time I take him back on Default.. For some strange reason this one paticular judge must have taken a liking to this poor excuse of a man. I am sick of playing with him. I was abused for 13 years by this man and been threatoned so many times.

I had him arrested for DV and the judge doesn't seem to give a shit that each continuance he places is one more roll of the dice of my life. He has yet to be held accountable for any of these contempt of courts. He is still behind $10.000 and counting as well as approxamately $18.000 in medical. We have a wonderful 13 year old son and a 19 year old daughter. He has nothing to do with either one and lives less than 15 miles away. Can you say SORRY>
