18 Years None Will Help

I was divorced in Oct. 1991 and live in the State of Tennessee. At the time of divorce my ex wife was ordered to pay $60.00 a week for our two beautiful children which I have raised since birth. The judge later stopped the $60.00 a week and ordered her to pay $20.00 a week on arrears of $12,000 she paid and little and then just quit. At first the local Child Support office handled the case and said since she lived in another State they could not collect. I kept in touch with the office every six months with updated address and jobs she was working. No success. Than a local owned company Maximums took over collections and I did the same with them. Every time I call to get status they are real hateful and tell me they can do nothing even though I can tell them exactly where she lives.
