I AGREE WITH YOU WHY IS IT SOME PEOPLE CAN GET AWAY WITH THINGS AND OTHERS DON'T. YOU WOULD THINK WE COULD GET A PRESIDENT WHO WOULD THINK ABOUT THINGS LIKE THIS INSTEAD OF THINGS OVER IN THE THRID WORLD.

We have been stung by the system's favoritism toward the custodial parent. Horrible that a parent is sent to jail....yeah, that will help with child support payments! How is the parent supposed to work?
I do think that the AG should consider each case individually, it is too important not to. Instead, his office just hides behind "court orders" and they are innocent of anything that happens because the non-custodial parent could not afford to hire an attorney to change it.
I'm sorry to hear that you are angry but there are other children involved. How is a man supposed to live if his entire paycheck goes to child support? It really needs to be divided fairly, then maybe he will actually pay to help support.
My husband's ex-wife left him with their four children. She chose to leave the marriage and then couldn't handle working in the real world, she wanted to have my husband pay to support her. When two children came to live with us and another moved out at 18, my husband's paychecks were garnished and he sometimes got $0 because they said he owed months of back child support for FOUR children! She only had one! I had a child and was seven months pregnant looking for a job...how fair is that? While his ex just took the money and refused to work with a ten year old! We could do nothing because we live in CA and she in Texas and we did not have money to pay for an attorney. The AG would do NOTHING to help us.
