75,000 arrears due in AZ

My exhusband owes a lot of money in arrears. I tried to work with him to pay the initial balance due, without interest being paid.
He instead filed to modify our case so he can pay nothing. He checked on the form that he didn't owe anything....in 2 places. This was untrue.
When any State agency processes a request to stop payment it SHOULD BE LAW THAT THEY RUN THE CASE NUMBER TO SEE IF IT IS ACCURATE!
Had this been done it would have been easy to see that the paperwork shouldn't have been processed.
I would like some type of legal action taken to stop this lack of common sense.

I now have to file again, at my expense, or hire a lawyer, at my expense to get what was due me.
My ex was notified that if he didn't pay the balance I would go after the entire balance.
So that is what I will do now.
