90.000 BACK PAYMENT ARREARS

My husband still owes back payment in arrears. Over the years he kept quiting his job so that he did not have to pay. Since he didn't have a job the court failed to follow up to find him. I found an agency in texas that will found him but took one third. I was happy with this. they found him but then he said that he is mentally ill and is on welfare. I was issued 12 dollars a week. He said that he was suppose to be collecting ssd since he worked over the years. This was 2 years ago. I recently took out a motion for an increase. the finding was that he was awarded ssi not ssd. Unfortunately the court didn't ask for the award letter but it said that i was going to get an increase to 25.00 a week and get part of the retroactive ssi payment. it has been 3 weeks and no payment. I called social security and they told me to get the award letter from him. If it was the irs than the payment would have been made but unfortunately since child support laws vary and are very loose the mothers are the ones who are unprotected.
