The Deadbeat Parent Punishment Act needs to be enforced by: DEPAOLA
The children deserve to live not only exist and the NCP has an obligation to support his children. We have laws to protect the children's rights, but they are not enforced and it is child abuse. The parents who are willfully not complying need to know there are consequences our children need their court ordered support and a government who enforces the laws and punishes the deadbeat better known as "The Deadbeat Parent Punishment Act" My childrens arrears are over $100,000 and all I can say is don't give up...keep fighting for your children...

Not every parent has the ability to pay for support all the time. Not every father can do that. Some fathers try and fall flat on their face and where is the system for them? There is none and with people like you ranting and raving saying we need to make everyone pay or to throw them in jail. You wont be saying throw me into jail when you now pay taxes huh? You might want to know the full circle before posting something so self center and radical as that.
