A judges court order means nothing to him.

Well my name is Susan and I have a sister who is raising her four children in Florida. She left New York about four years ago with the judges permission and now the father of those children is about 40,000 dollars behind in support. She has gone through the system with Florida but was told that New York wasn't doing anything. Well they finally sent Florida a letter that they revoked his license a few months ago. Now she is dealing with support kids. And not much happening there either. I guess when he lost his license he sent support kids a few dollars. I cant believe with a court order and so much money owed to his children that this deadbeat isn't in jail. What is a single mom to do when the system fails. I just wish that this person was made to pay his support just like the court order stated. He is the one who probably still lives at home while his four children struggle from one day to the next. Its not what these four kids want its what these four children need. I am sure there are millions of children out there and I feel sorry for each and every one of them. These are the children of our future and what kind of example are dead beat parents giving them. Somebody needs to wake up and give these children the right to their child support payments.
