Alcorn DHS is crooked

The dhs office and police departments in Alcorn County Mississippi are some of the worst and crooked i've ever seen. First of all, their website says they are dedicated to providing the best possible services including location of non-custodial parents. I truely believe their system is a joke. They are lazy. Everytime they have a pick up order for my child's father, they have no place to send it to because they can't find him... as they say... but they somehow always want me to look and I don't even live in the state of Mississippi so that is kind of hard for me there since I never talk to the man or ever hear from him. But they expect me to find him for them. Second, they establish and order but he doesn't get picked up for a year later and only has to pay what the judge ordered A YEAR AGO!!! 200 dollars when he owes 1500!!!!! what a messed up system if you ask me!!!!! And you sure can't count on the police to do anything either. They are more crooked than ever. They pull him over and even though he has a warrent for child support they let him go several, several times.
