I believe that you are not only being very fair, but being very patient, as well. As you have stated, you're willing to show that the monies are going towards the needs of the children. I also respect very much the fact that you not only work, but go to school to better yourself, and don't mooch off of the system (which is far more than I can say for some other people).
If he is not going to cooperate even in the least, then you may very well have to utilize the system to ensure that the needs of your children are met. You should also consider the possibility that the new wife has swayed him from his obligations (that has been known to happen, as well). Good luck!
