To the sarcastic, nasty-tempered, whiny-ass men who have commented--you created the children, you should have just stuck it out until they were 18, then did your thing. Most of you think you are entitled to whatever you want, whenever you want it. YOUR FIRST RESPONSIBILITY IS TO YOUR CHILDREN! (No, not assuming the next ones you are having, or planning to have with the next woman you don't respect). Get intelligent and do quietly what you can't manage not to do until the kids are grown!!!!!!!!!!!!THEN get out!

Realy which state is that in ? I have the same problem in Clovis NMexico. My ex will pay 20.00 cuz it takes 3 months to a yr to go to hearig and he is given more time to pay . He also works for cash. He owns propety. He has obtained an attorney on 2 differerent hearings. I myself couldnot obtain an attorney for less than 1500.00 to 2000.00. He still can not pay his child support. I do think the people that are not evading the system and are trying to pay should be given a chance but for all the others something needs to get done.
Please let me know which state this is in I may need to move my case there.
You may want to move to New mexico. You will at least be given many chances to pay. Seriously good luck I do hope you get your case straightened out so you are able to make it without going into debt.

Obviously he is a deadbeat dad and needs to be put into prison to be gang raped and tortured by the other inmates. I don't see the problem here. It's "for the children" right so no amount of pain on his part could possibly make this a bad idea. So what if the slaves in the antebellum South had more rights and freedoms - this is for the children! What we really need to do is harvest his organs and blood serum - its for the kids!

I feel for your situation. I think the system is a joke. While I do agree people are obligated to support there kids, at the same time it's not about the kids at all.It's about the state racking in more income at our expense. Even if that means making life misrible for you and loosing your job. It's deifently flawed in need of serious and I mean Serious reform.

i need to move my child support to that state . I am the custodial parent I keep getting the opposite he will make a small pmt of about 20.00 cuz he knows it takes 3- 6 months b 4 we can go to a hearing. then right before the hearing he makes a small pmt tells the judge he promises to make pmts .... never does and agian we are waiting for a hearing. he gets cash so the judge for awhile kept reducing his pmts . for two children he only has to pay 347.00 to datehe is 20,000. in arrears . Its sad when the non custodial is at least trying and the courts wont work with him. Wish I had that judge. good luck. wish you justice.
