Another Disabled Dad

I have been disabled for almost 11 yrs now.After my accident i got in arrears for both my children.I had my lawyers contact my 2 Ex's one child with both.

The one had no problem because the lawyers explained to them both that at the time of my award they would both get there arrears plus interest.The good one let me alone the bad one bought me to court about every 3 months til i had the judge stop it because it was harrassing and i had a long drive to get there.I was heavily medicated also.Well now my support for the oldest is done they owe me a month back.I contacted Albany ny support they said they would send a refund that was almost 4 months ago.I contacted them again and they said it must be lost,fill out a missing check report and it will be re-issued.Well that never happened.I called again they sent another claim form and im still waiting.They say to keep waiting.4 months later still no check.I am very disheartend with all this and i know i probably am not the only 1.
