My ex lives in AZ and I live in Mass, However she's been recieving Child support since 2002. Well, when she moved to AZ in 2006 they opened a case there and now she's recieving Child Support from 2 states. I have called AZ, sent them documents of payment history. And all I get is poor customer service.

Can you not go ahead and call Arizona and speak with their child support unit? They are bound to speak with you because you are the receiving individual. Usually if you just say I'm trying to figure out exactly where the case stands so I can arrange my finances if I'm not going to receive anything anytime soon..... pray you get someone nice and they'll usually help.
