My ex lives in Arizona, I asked for a review of the child support amount in October 2007 and have not received a payment since. I have called repeatedly to the Iowa Child Support Recovery. They have put in repeated requests to the state of Arizona to find out what is going on and why I have not received any payments. Arizona has refused to respond. My child is 5, he hasn't seen his father in three years. He has paid child support for only one of those years. How does this compute? Why is it that Arizona doesn't have to respond?
