At witts end with the most un caring system in the usa

I am a father to a 4 year old boy who i love dearly. I have just benn divorced 10 mounths now and from the court i was orderd to pay 1/3 of my mounthly income witch came to around `$1200 a mounth it was comming stright from my pay check witch was great but on the third pay deduction i was let go due to company downsizing (layed off)) my unimployment does;t cover the amount i am orderd to pay by the court so i was told to call the child enforsment office and explan. So i went in person witch was a 1300 mile ride in my car when i expland to the woman that i was layed off NOT MY PROBLEM SHE BLERTED OUT and that i was on unemployment NOT MY PROBLEM again she blerted out . That my unemployment wouldent cover the amount each mounth NOT MY PROBLEM ONCE MORE SHE BLERTED OUT so i asked how i was suppose to pay this ammount NOT MY PROBLEM she said to me again . all she did tell me is i was in the reers $1200.00 and my next payment is on the 1st of the new year $1200.00 i have been making 500.00 dollar payments amonth since the divorce, or court orderd to pay by incom deductsion order of the 1200.

Now my ex said if i ask for motion to reduce the monthly ammount she wiil sue me from when day the child was born including all hosptil bills . So now even that i am trying to make the best of a bad situation i get a letter from the child support enforsment office saying my driver lic and regestration have been pulled untill all is payed up in full. Now how am i suppose to look for work or goto my visitation every other weekend cause if i miss visitation she will have me in court for failing to comply with the visitation order and i will loose all my rights for seeing my son, its so crul how they treat the husband if someone knows how i can get this fixed or baybe even get my lic. back so i dont loose my visitation i would sure be so greatfull.
