by Michael
(Victoria Texas USA)

Ive been divorced for 3 years now I have paid all my payments on time see my kids when she lets me my complaint is that I made good money in the past and had no problem keeping up with the payment now all of the sudden the attorney general says I owe back child support ive been threw this before and proven my case now I have to go threw it again it cost me money every time but doesnt cost my exwife a dime then I still have to pay the intrest on payments that im not behind on also I cannot work doing the job I made good money with because of the Office of thee attorney general reports false information to the credit companies which disqalify me from working for any good company is there any justice in the world or did we just put people like GREGG ABBOTT in his position for show because he sure didnt think about the people that do the right thing in my experience it doesnt matter if your a father who does the right thing you never get anywhere with people who have NO=0 brain cells(GREGG ABBOTT) hope someone in my situation reads this that is in the same situation and sees that they are not alone and if we the fathers strike out against these people to stop this from happening to others and restore order to our system.

I wish..................................................
by: Anonymous

my daughter's bio dad was like you. I have been fighting for 5 years with him trying to get him to pay. He'll pay 1 pmt then go 5 or 6 months w/out paying anything then pay 3 or 4 dollars one month and so on. He keeps these jobs where he makes 2 dollars per hr plus tips then I don't see anyhting. HE job hops to so we always have to chase him down. I am remarried to a man who takes care of everything and he provides everything for my daughter and on top of that we pay $500 per month for his oldest daughter. Plus since her mother's in school and works full time we picked up the bill for her car insurance unil his daughter turns 18 then we'll pay for her's instead. I totally understand how you feel being turned down for jobs due to credit history and I feel for you because I have been in that situation to. Some people don't realize how good they have it they just live to create some sort of drama because they can't live without it. I wish you all the luck and I pray the system will began to work for parents like you and me.
