Attorney screw up cost me time on my case !

I hired a attorney here in Tampa, Fla. After payment was made and meetings to get everything underway I received a email stating that he had to remove himself from my case since he was being disbarred for having a affair with another client! received my file in which to my amazement was filled with wrongs information on my case to information on another client!

I went from having three children to one! The children were to live with me and I having custody but paying my former husband child support! Everything that I was asking for was not even in the file!

Do I have a case against him ? I have since retained a new attorney, but now this one is moving ! My statue of limitation to file for retro act back child support is fading away ! I am now broke, broken and at a loss but will not give up the fight ! My former husband and I, have a court date December 15TH to have juristion/venue moved but of course he is fighting it so he wont have to pay child support at the Tampa guide lines since he will have to pay a lot more here. We need help quick !

I feel that my information is out there somewhere since I have someones else's, and the one place that I do know where my information is not at is in "MY" file ! Is there not a law that protects are information being
shared in one way or another with others ? This attorney sure has screwed us bad ! Please anyone who can help us, if not for me then for the children ! Do not allow men like my former husband to keep our money so they can buy themselves their toys with our money !
I do not have much time to get my retro act back child support which will help my children more then you can ever imagine !
