Bad Judge

I have to travel for work and with the economy going down I've had to increase my travel and miss some visitation days with my daughter because her non working mother. When I went to court to get a flexible schedule that would allow me to spend time with my daughter. The Judge said he didn't care picked, out indiscriminate days and told me to live with it.

My daughter's mother refuses to work has a dead beat boyfriend living with her. She has been spunging off her mother also and when her mother doesn't do what she demands she refuses to let the grandmother see her grandchild until she gets money.

Last year in 2 separated incidences the first in which the judge granted permission to live in building that was not zoned for residential living she caused a fire where there was no fire escapes and they had to exit the building by going past the fire next to aresol cans. The second incident she called the sheriff to report I had not returned our daughter to her. When in reality our daughter had been home with her for 5hrs she was so wasted on pain pills and alcohol she didn't our daughter was with her. All social services and the judge would do is say let's give her another chance. The only time these disconnected people ever do anything is after it is too late.
