Beefing myself up control my life

As a recently divorced deaf mother with a child, my ex decided quit work, and living with his parent for free without any responsibility. I know that child support legal action hasn't kick in yet even when the father of my child has no means of incomes, but he will when he gets accepted (if or not) SSI check it was the reason for divorce. I found out hard fact when his mother continues interfering with our divorce proceeding, and attempt to take away my control of my life insurance policy so I managed to get ownership of my life insurance and remove his mother. The insurance policy never knew that we were divorced and his mother was trying to control and protect it from me. I decided that my blooded family should plan my funeral not the mother of my child's father. I'm looking up the laws on child custody and stuffs because his mother thinks the father of my child should not pay child custody because my son is receiving SSI. Under the law the offices of other areas told me that my son's SSI cannot be used as child support and it has to COME from the child's father. Wow, she was trying to wedge my son's ssi away from my control when she claimed that the SSI office made mistake about how much my son's ssi should be. I know SSI office would discuss my accounts directly with me I dont believe her because I don't get any notification from SSI office. Now I made sure that SSI office protects my account and must discuss directly face to face with me not with others without my permission. I hope I can go through the process of child support smoothing without the mother of my child's father interfering. She thinks she can manipulate me and thinks I don't know stuffs because I'm deaf or have problems with me getting funds (they call it free money!) I own my house my child's father don't and I have mortgage and billings to pay I pay all the billings myself. I could not believe how she could do that to me I tried maintain good relationship with her as the grandmother of my son but now I've seen enough. Wish me good luck.
