It is sad to realize that, so many people are being screwed by the child support sytem, reguardless of the state involved. I too want to sue a corrupt, illegal child support agency.
I have attempted numerous times, to at least have the agency pay attention to my case. I have based on my income, paid more than a fair, legally required amount of support, to a cheating ex spouse. I sent proof of income, copies of statements made by the agency, and even copies of their state laws, showing they were violating, their own supreme court. they sent me a notice saying sorry, you sent that to the wrong department, so continue to remain in the bent position. I am ready to hopefully based on my limited income, to attain the services of a law firm. I wish to make the Headlines of every newspaper in America, and all the T.V. stations, Oprah retired !!!!,. Darn it !!. Is there any law firm that wants the injustice for all to end... post a comment somewhere so we can settle this for all the victims of the system....

i too would like to know if i can sue a child support office i have been fighting for child support for more then 23 years. dead beat in arrears, and still the sys allows his excuses, while he continues to make more babies. sad to say but he is not supporting any of his 5 children,1st child 1990, last child born 2011. five different women. why is sys in place if it is not helping anyone. from frederick md

The Child Support system is a joke...........I plan on suing because I was paying child support on calculations that were done incorrectly. Period. Child support services needs to start answering for some of their mistakes....Bunch of third graders playing with your money.

I feel for you sis and your situation. I hope all will workout for you and your child. May you ask God to work things out for you. I am fighting the sys too. I am paying 319.00 a month for my one child that I am paying child support on. But I am trying to fight the sys to tell them that I do not owe the 16,000.00 that they claim I owed. I do have proof that I have been paying child support all along when my rights were taken from me as a parent when this case first opened. Well thats my story, but I hope your so called ex-hubby be a man at least and pay his child support like I am. God bless you and good luck.
