around the last time i saw my daughter.

so.. short story, can thank me. had my daughter 1yr 3 months ago..i was there. Ilegally, after a mandatory wa st dv arrest, and mand. no contact order, BOTH unwanted, or really justifiable. Anyway she wanted me still around, stayed, birth was there, spent time with them for around 6 months after that. Then an incident happened, i broke up with her, just wasn't good for us, or r child.. she never looked back, after that i was taken advantage of when i would volenteer to spend time with my daughter, was hurt cuz she complicated stuff with other giys, dranks.. and in general, didn't care about what a family we could of had.

So, went to jail, she used the law, since it wasn't like we hadn't talked, especially having a child and living so close. She finally found some ex marine and moved to port orchard, and since im only on the birth cert. and pay child support.. i haven't payed to fight for it.. not like i want to tear my daughter from all she knows.. but dam.. and she talks untrue, sometimes hurtfull things to my family or even ONLY the internet but lol i guess.. either that or cry, but im done crying. awhile ago, haven't seen my daughter for over 6 months now.. ...just better to forget..k but i'll pay no matter what??? so who knows whats best, easy, and or cheap, ..always will wonder about her safety..but hasn't been my choice.. just had to deal with ALot.

so now six months later.. they're living closer to me again, been able to see my daughter, she's starting to realize who i am.. Still need a counselors recomendation to remove the mutually unwanted no contact order. I would like to not have a contract through the courts, not like either of our scheduals are solid. might be the only way so its legit. and i have to get over how i felt. just hope its better. I didn't want to feel like i was just paying for a child i didn't get to see or know, deal with bs too. not slander, just looking for solutions, advice.. not like anything i said isn't true.

apove comment you do know he can not just sign his rights away! No judge will just allow a parent to do that and then leave the child without a father/mother it would make it way to easy for dead beats out there to say "I don't want to pay child support anymore, I will just sign my rights away" nope not going to happen! For it to happen Mother has to be married, and the husband has to already filed for step parent adoption, then father can allow for the adoption to take place (lots of money) so without that there is no way he will ever get out of child support.

The only thing he can do is ask for joint custody ask for joint visitation, get more time with child then after all that go back to court to get child support lowered. But really is that best for child? But yes the mother can NOT legally hold child from you, go to court FILE RIGHT NOW for joint custody and visitation (you dad file this and ask the lady where your going to file, for a defearl packet and you wont even have to pay the filing fee right then!) You are missing your daughter, she is missing her father (think daddy issue 16 year old yikes) so step up now!!!

A child should have mother and father,

"Love your child 10x more then you hate your ex"

Get up, get out, go to law library bring $15.00 with you to get your packet and to buy copies, if you get the defreal packet it will also let you use the sherife there to serve mother for you without you paying right then!

so you are OK with not seeing YOUR DAUGHTER? What kind of man/father are you? Are you really crying about paying for a child YOU helped make? So mom up and left... If she hasn't been gone for 6 months you can legally make her move back OR get the court to order her to PAY you to visit your daughter she will have to pay for your plane ticket to come see your daughter since she is the one who moved away easy as pie. File now...
Also file for joint custody it is so easy to get all it meas is you will have a say in what school she goes to and be listed on all her school/daycare records, listed on all DR forms everything you will have to be listed as a contact and dad if she doesn't she will get in trouble with the law. Joint custody is so easy to get, even if you haven't been there in a year and want to be there now the judge loves seeing dad's come back soon with in a year-2 years at most.
Ask for every weekend since mom has child all week long, or if you live to far ask for every spring break, 6 weeks in summer.

for the child support you will NEVER be allowd to stop paying that, even if you tell the judge you want to give you rights as a father up he will say ok but you still will be paying child support until child is done with high school or 18 years old. There is only one wiggle room for that and that is if her husband wants to adopt the child then you can agree to it but the paper work has to be in place already!

BE A MAN FOR YOU DAUGHTER GROW UP AND GET UP, your daughter will one day put her name and or yours into the search google and find all this BS about you not wanting to pay for her! stand up for your daughter she needs her real father also

I cant believe the STATE of WASHINGTON would allow for a custodial/non-custodial parent to print on their web site about anther parent with such Famacide/Slander. If this is the kinda of stuff allowed,Id rather not donate any longer. This person who wrote this should (A). get an attorney if they strongly believe they cant see there child,,because withhold a child from the biological parent is against the law and (B).Should know the laws before they post them on a Government Page,and write such accusation and famacide/slander about the other parent because its against the LAW.

sign away your rights... theres nothing you can do unless you take it to court but doesnt sound like you have the motivation to do that
