I have two children that I believe were pawns of the child support agency in Cambeidge, Ohio. Their mothers had custody and I paid support. When they lost custody of the children,it was given to their family members without my knowledge,approval or a court order. I had to pay support and was not given any visitation rights. Neither mother had to pay support but I was taken into court when I couldn't.

When I broached the subject of the mothers not paying support, the judge and magistrate defended the child support agency. When I said the biological parent has rights that overrule any family members. The magistrate said he didn't know about my rights as a biological parent. I was found in contempt for non support and was working and paying support. The mother of one of my children didn't pay court ordered support for four years and never went to court. When I told the judge this, he said he didn't remember making the order. Now I am working and paying support. My checks go to the bank by direct deposit so the fifty percent or less I have left is in my account. The child support agency got my account number and now takes my whole check. Leaving me nothing to live on. All of this is accepted and defended by the state. Including the Governor.

In ohio the child support agency takes the back support and puts it into an account for up to six months, collects interests on it then sends it to the children. It's a high paying scam that is an accepted pratice for their pocket money. They don't have to work and take care of their responsibility to the children. Just live off the state and they rape my checks to get their money back. I have had to pay one hundred percent of everything and don't even get visitation. The child suport system is a joke in Ohio. My bad, a state supported scam...
