child support and rights

My baby mom is a drugie she is on tweek and who knows what else she is only 19yrs old and doesn't work and still lives with her grandparents.they barely ever let me see my daughter, only when it is convient for them. which sucks!! she is about to be 2 yrs old, i have missed almost every holiday and special event because of this bitch. im trying to get an attorney but can't afford it at this time.i was laid off for a while i just now started working again,my child support payments are based on what i used to make at my other job. that is very unfair if they want to take child support fine but they should verify every month or 2 or if you tell them you make less they should verify it then.thats not right and thats probably the #1 reason why the dead bead dads list is so high all around the country.there should be fathers rights out there like they say there are. family court only returns the mothers calls and favors them.maybe they should do an inspection of how both the sides of family lives and sees whats better for the child. i cant wait til i get the attorney.

YOU CAN FIGHT BACK!!!
by: Kimmie

Hello, I am a woman on the other side of the spectrum, however I am here to tell you, you can do this without an attorney. I did. Make this your priority. You can file several differant Motions to the Court and represent yourself. We have that right. You don't have to say a word to jeopordize your slim visits with your baby. If you would like to hear my story please by all means contact me via email, kmyd1105@yahoo.com. Don't be like most and feel like you have no options because im proof that you do my friend. I am not an attorney nor affiliated with any law at all but I DID IT BY MYSELF and so can you.

P.I. Advice
by: G. Young

I'm a former Private Investigator and the wife of a paternity fraud victim...

First, due to your ex's behavior, make sure the child is yours. Get a mail-ordered DNA test (cheap around $65 for non-admissable to court type if you just want personal confirmation or heafty around $275 if you want the kind that you can use in court) then make nice with mom long enough to get a visit with the child. Swab the cheek and wait for your written evidence if you don't want to go directly to a clinic.

Second, call the police OFTEN and have "well baby" checks done. This will provide legal documentation of the baby's condition at the time of the encounter, the mom's condition and weather she's drug using at the time the cops show up, the living conditions and lastly, it documents your concern for the childs welfare while in this womans care.

Third, RECORD any comments about the child not being yours or about drug use and how she feels about her living arrangements and what it takes to care for the child. She may be partying while grandma is doing all of the real "momma" work. Get her mad over the phone, put the phone on speaker (if you don't have a built in digital) and use a recorder. It's not illegal to record your own conversatons within your own house and the tape is admissable in court.

Lastly, hire an investigator before hiring an attorney. Find out who else knows her lifestyle and (drug) behavior. Maintain their full name and current contact info available for summons when you're ready to take the mom to court. Try to find the most religous based person close to the mom as they have the tendency not to lie on the stand. You gather as much info as possible before hiring the attorney because attorneys will hire investigators to obtain background on cases and charge you double the fee. Not only is she getting support from you but may be getting money under the table from "the real dad" and then there's welfare fraud to consider. No telling how she's classified herself on paper to qualify for benefits she may not deserve. If they lie to one state agency for cash, they'll lie to several.

We've been there - Good Luck - and please read my posting TWINS. I'm experimenting in volumn posts concerning paternity fraud as gathering massive victims could lead to a CLASS ACTION suit that could get the laws changed in this country. Leave some contact info if you're interested. Thnx
