Child Support = Poor Service

I curently pay child support and I take full responsibility for the fact that I have fallen behind a little regarding payments. I recently received a credit report and on it states that I owe over $17,000.00 to Texas child support. This is completely incorrect considering that I called child support and they say I only owe about $6,000.00 (still a huge amount, I agree) After some research and alot of phone calls it turns out that Texas child support had entered 2 causes for my case, which doubled my amounts owed. I have called, emailed and faxed them. They hung up on me 15 times in one day. I have only been able to get one person to take any action. I am completely fed up with the state of Texas child support agency. They have terrible customer service and treat everyone as if they are a bad parent...they do not know the details of my case, if they did, they would treat me with more respect.
