Hello, I'm a proud father of 5 yr old daughter. My ex wife left me for another man and family court bought her story. I was slammed to pay child support. For 4 years I struggled with my visitation rights, because the mother refuses to cooperate. I hired an attorney who was interested in my case. Still the court bought her story! Through many trials and errors, one day I received a phone call that mother was submitted to mental health unit. Turns out she violated her parenting plan agreement. I ended up winning full custody of my daughter. I ended up having to enroll my daughter to special needs since she was delayed on academic and speech. Child support was still charging me for child support after the judge signed the new order. I had to deal with the nastiest case workers to prove them wrong. Finally after 3 months, they listened. What a great system we have.

why should just men pay childsupport by: Anonymous
Hi I am realy mad about the way they do the childsupport thing because, I have been with my husben for 15 years and he has payed his childsupport sence the child has been born and he is still paying it and his kids mothers do not pay and they never have and the children has been in the state care for all there life and it seens like they are women and they do not have to pay only he has to. So I just think that men get rail roaded because he is a man and they don't have to pay nothing at all and he does so I think that there should be a law that the women she have to pay to.

AMEN GIRL! by: Anonymous
I am in exactly the same boat with the self-employed issue. My ex owes over $40,000 - I know what you are saying! No help form the agencies, ever!

My two children's father is also $50,000 in arrears. He has fathered another child, started a business, taken a wife, and has not seen his (our) children in 10 years. Not a birthday card, not a Christmas present, NOTHING. All he has to do is pay CSE a minimal amount, something like $50 once ever 6 months to prove he's "making an effort" and he manages to stay out of jail. Total LOSER. As I see it, the kids are better off without him and this has been a huge loss to him. They're wonderful children.

Have you tried to get someone to access all his assets in his name showing he's purchasing items and can they not subpoena the company records/banking information to show the company is making money and if they could actually subpoena the records thru the court, they would know how much money he's paying himself.........
