I have been trying to collect child support from my daughters DeadBeat father for years now. The child support agencies in Ohio and in Tenn have told me I might as well give up he is never gonna pay. He has been arrested several times and been released. During his arrests he has tried to out run the police and hide under a tornado shelter and he has beat his arm off the jail cell until he has broke his arm twice! They of course let him go because they don't want to pay for his medical expenses? He has been arrested several times for other things but they never bring up that he is over $26,000 behind in back child support! They have said they will suspend his driver's license wow he doesnt have 1, so what are they really doing to him? It is frustrating to know that I can find him but the child support agency can't.
How do you send someone a notice that they are to appear in court if they have been avoiding you for the last 2 years. He isn't going to show up why warn him you are looking for him he should lose his rights after he fails to appear! And really is this necessary all that to avoid paying to help raise his child. I am a single mother and I am lucky that 1 of my children's Father's care enough to actually pay to help raise my kids.
