Credit to those in senators curtis' office

I entered a blog that told of some government offices that didn't help. But I would like to say that Senator Curtis' office tried their best to help. It was our state child support office in which a lady named Karen hung up on me and Lincoln Davis' office just sent me to Senator Curtis then they sent me to the Human service department that you think since you have children involved would do more than hang up. But the reason that they are getting the money that should go to the children so why do they care. I think we need laws that protect these children and keep the government from getting their money. My kids have to live below Poverty and are soon to be homeless because they didn't put forth a better effort to collect the child support. But my ex is good, he knows how to take voluntary layoff and switch jobs enough and pay enough to keep under the gun. But I think that if he takes a voluntary layoff it should be on his slip and he should have to keep paying the child support. He would of had to keep paying not just what he can on his unemployment. And when companies take money out of their salary, they need to send us parents have to have it to make ends meets. I am disabled had a tumor removed from my spinal cord. So I had to sign up for the family first to have any kind of set income. Lucky for me I have great parents but now am having to look into moving in with them. And my ex is working a job and a cash job with no bills to pay and he only has to pay 73 a week that was on 4 kids and the lady from the state says they cant do anything about the cash job and you have people in the child support office acting in the capacity of a judge I don't think the have the credentials to do that. I thought judges where elected and I for one wouldn't elect the ones here in McMinnville. My ex can go and do a song and dance and lie to them and they believe him no matter what. When are we going to get someone somewhere that is wanting to get the kids what is theirs? And I am in no way excusing the one that head up the rule making at the department of human services. They too are guilty because they just took the money from my kids in one month they made it so that my children had 285 to live on I wonder if they could maybe they need to see how it is. |
