You can and should pursue a judgment until the kids are 23, then it is too late. Your county child support office will petition the other state for an order.

I and my children are owed a considerable amount of support. Non-custodial parents father passed away, and left his assets and estate but he is hiding behind his mother and wife so that CSEU is unaware of his great fortune. Are there any suggestions on collecting from such a looser. Also, non-custodial parent stays in contact with the children and continues exercising visitation and causing nothing but heartache.

Yes, you really should go after it. Responsibility is responsibility. My aunt did that after her son was grown she had another daughter and went after the past child support and she won ! They got it back for her and it helped her raise her daughter.
Please be sure and post what happens after you do. I would love to hear the good news !!
Good Luck !!
P.S. Some lawyers will work for free for a cut of the actual results and since this amount could be very large it might be worth it to have a very good lawyer that will kick butt across state lines!!

The money is owed to you and YOU are the one who sacrificed while those kids were young. I believe Arizona is a community property state so anything his wife has is his. This means that the entire estate can have a lein put on it and be forced into a sale to pay you.
