Custodial Mother

Don't waste your efforts searching out a new way to collect child support. If the father doesn't want to pay he will do what my son's father does and NOT work or own anything. He just bums from stupid people he makes feel sorry for him. Yet he still won't get a job. Also, he is above working at Wal Mart, or convenience stores, but it is good enough for me to support our son. The court has asked that he come in once a month to make a payment to the judge, however he has only done that once and that seems to be fine with the court. He just handed them what was in his pocket!!!!! The father, over the last 3 years has paid an average of $4.86 per month!!!! He spends more on cigarettes per day than his son for a whole month.

The courts are not there to help struggling single mothers who get nothing. They are a waste of time. I would like to personally thank the judge my son's father sees every month. He is really doing his job in enforcing the laws. Thank you judge. You are just great. My son is really benefiting from your authority and experience. Maybe next summer he can have a pair of sandals that contain his toes!!!!!
