Custodial Parent getting the shaft

I am a father of 2 great kids, I was awarded Full custody of my children in Pennsylvania and my court ordered child support case was dropped and the money they said I owed was zero out because of my ex wife being found guilty on 2 counts of Welfare Fraud.

She moves to Arizona and I still have the kids living with me, Out of nowhere, I get a letter saying that I owe back child support in Arizona?
How is this when I never got any papers about a child support hearing or Confrence. I contacted Child Support in Arizona, faxed them the police reports, the custody order and still haven't heard anything from these people except to send me a letter saying that they are going to take my tax return and issue an arreast warrant.
For not paying my child support.

How can she- my ex wife & the state of Arizona get away with this? Now I find out that she is now being tracked down for Federal fraud warrants.
I have Custody and I have had custody before she ever moved to Arizona & I'm the criminal, C'mon, somebody somewhere is getting paid off and her new husband is a Cop in Arizona, sounds kinda like he is commiting fraud as well.

Now I gotta scrape up Money for a lawyer to get all this straightend out! When will she have charges filed against her for giving false information on a government Document? Now you see what Crack does to people, it finally gives fathers like me a fair shake in Custody hearings.
