Custodial Parent - Mother

I took my sons father to court for child support and health insurance coverage, I call him a father for lack of a better word, he wants nothing to do with our child. He told the court that it would cost him an additional $70.00 a week to add our son to his health insurance policy through his employer, they adjusted the child support based on what he "said" in court, never asking for any proof or documentation to back this up. Later I found out from the insurance company that it would not have cost him a dime to add our son as he already had a family policy with him and his first son on the policy. Then I had to relocate out of state at which time he had a letter sent to child support enforcement stating that his company insurance only covers residents in that state however, before moving out of state I contacted the insurance company to verify that they would cover our son in the state where I was moving and they in fact sent me a list of doctors within a 30 mile radius from my new home. The child support office allowed him to remove our son from his policy based on a letter from his employer, which he is VERY close to the people he works for. I have sent numerous letters to the child support office asking them to contact the insurance company directly, as I did but they never respond and it is very frustrating to know that I have a court order for him to cover health care and not only he is NOT covering my son now nor would it have cost him ANYTHING to keep our son on his policy. He is paying about $60 less a month in child support than he would be if he had not be untruthful in court and now I am covering all health care 100%.
