When asked to have my ex spouse income reviewed due to him obtaining a new job immediately after the divorce (which he loudly boasted, "if I get this job I will increase my payments" in the lawyers office, which he did get the job but never increased payment.

I was told that they can re-evaluate his pay from this day forward. What about the back pay over the last 3 years that he has been able to get off a couple hundred dollars less than he should have?

They said I would have to fill out some papers. Oh my gosh, the papers were overwhelming and information I have no idea of. I cannot provide proof of the increase in income other than the kids and all the celebrations of "daddy's new job, new boat, new everything" because he makes so much more money. They wanted all body markings, tattoos, birthmarks etc... I don't know any of this. Just pull his last 3 years of paychecks and pay me.

He is a man that abandon his family and his been rewarded every since. I have been the one that has barely made it. He will not even give $20 to his daughter when she was going on a trip for a little spending money. (my neighbor or friends would have done that) He has not contributed anything to education, extra-curricular activities, such as $3000 per year minimum, excluding extras like spriti gifts, gas, tumbling for my daughters years as a varsity cheerleader. Would not continue my son in the 4H club because he would have to pay for it. I'm sick, this is a cheating man that has been rewarded.

It never stops and there is so much more, forgery to cancel life insurance ordered by the court. When I found out, the life insurance company reactivated it only for the "father" to cancel it for non-payment. Sold the boat that he owes me money for and it is stated in my divorce that he will pay. Never giving one cent of the near $4000 boat he sold to buy a bigger nicer one. Come on, I have to work and can't take off to visit lawyers and pay the fees to take it back to court.

Oh and yes, I paid for the divorce, he would not, he said since I filed I pay, as he was living with his girlfriend. Nothing matters. Oh yes, don't forget, his job pays for his vehicle and gas. Not taken into consideration... the gas. Are you kidding? I pay for my gas to drive my children to everything they do.
He does nothing. Please explain!
