I have many, many issues with my exhusband as well. I am sorry that you have such a jerk as well. It is unjust that these types of behaviors such as him threatening you about cashing the check are allowed!!!! It needs to change!! God bless you and I hope that this whole mess of a system someday is so tightly wound that NO parent can EVER adversely act, abuse or delay any process of providing funds to their children. Especially, if they are not contributing quality time in raising and molding them into morally conscious human beings.
