Dad still plays by NY rules and still stepped on

by Jake
(FLORIDA)

I am a father of two daughters in NY state. I have been paying my child support and any arrears that have been behind! And they still want more they add thing and have no explanation for the increase. New York said they can not put any one in a hardship but they do a good job of doing it! So the story is I have complied with the rules and the mother is still able to do what she wants to do. I have given my change of address to N,Y state and the mother, and she still can not send the medical bills in a timely fashion as the family court has instructed her to do! The ironic part of the hole thing is she waits till the end of the year so she can get the tax return. She also work and she makes good money plus the support she gets from me. For example when I lived in New York I had dental ins I paid the bill this is good part she had Aflac ins she submitted the as she paid it and she got reimburse all most $500.00 and she did not pay one dime! There is more to the story but how much does a father have to put up with. I live out of state so what can I do, I call and I do not get anywhere with N,Y. She knows she can do this because I live out of state. I am a father that is ready to give in and sign over my girls to there mother I love my girls but when your rights are violated all the time what are you to do! I am a father needs help. I am sure that I am not the only one that has thought of doing this I do not want to! I am a father back in a corner I need help.
