DEAD BEAT DAD W/ EMOTIONALLY ABUSIVE MARRIED GIRLFRIEND

Well here goes, my ex-husband and I have been divorsed since Aug, 2008. Since that time I have recieved a total of 3 full months child support and 3 months of a pass through amount due to TANF. This was between the period from Oct.2010 to March 2011. Even though I get nothing but grief from my ex and his girlfriend, I have continued to follow through with our parenting plan, his visitation is every other weekend and holiday.. Transportation is supposed to be shared but I can't even begin to tell you how many times I have had to do ALL transporting... Now, the ten years we were together, was full of verbal, emotional, and mental abuse. Our daughter is 9 yrs old, since she was born I have cared for her at every turn, I believe that he has been alone with her once in her life. Since our divorce he very quickly found a girlfriend who had 3 children of her own. Now to understand this u need to know that he is also a drunk and has picked the drink over 2 wives and 2 children. This girlfriend of his picked him over her own 3 children which resulted in her losing them to her, still to this day, husband..I have always tried to be fair and bent over backwards to make sure he sees his daughter, as time has gone by I and others have noticed a major change in my daughters attitude when it comes time for her visit w/ her father and she is an emotional wreck when she comes home after the weekend. The last visit was the worst and I have come to find out that this woman who is mind u married to another man, has been punishing my daughter, and telling her things about me and my past that this woman has absolutly know idea about. MY DAUGHTER IS BEING ABUSED BY THIS WOMAN. I feel as though my hands are tied because we have a parenting plan in place... PLEASE HELP ME TO SAVE MY DAUGHTER FROM THIS UNREPAIRABLE DAMAGE....
