Dead Beat Dad

My 11 year old

I have 2(two) children in age 13 to 11 and and I've been on a journey to trying to recover child support from my children for the last 3 years. So far I've only recieved $200 dollars and the non-custodial parent had been locked up but they let him out in about two weeks and no money was recieved and he was freed with no incident. I only seek justice for my children thats all!
