I got full custody of my 2 daughter's in Jan. of 2001. I have been the better parent and it has been hard from time to time raising 2 girls now age 14 and 12. The child support system is so unfair, I have friends (dad's) that pay child support and if they are behind 2 weeks they are already getting threatened to get looked up for child support arrears, my ex-wife owe's me for 3 month's already and she is still working, care free, getting her nails, hair done every 2 weeks. I know this for sure because when my girls go for the weekend with their mother she takes them with her and she doesnt even pay for my daughters to get hair cut's, nails done etc... I have to pay for everything. I am tired and frustrated with this court system plus even on the child support website it stereo type dead beat dad's but nothing is ever mentioned about dead beat mom's! How are we suppose to have equallity when our own court system favors one party 99% of the time! Woman want equallity well then they should get treated the same! I have always provided NYS child support enforecement unit with all the info and where she works and still I get left waiting and hanging! This is not right nor fair!
