Dead Beat Mom's and Child Support

It was N.C. Government Jim Hunt in the 80"s who started the ''dead beat Daddy'' thing. THANK YOU GOV. HUNT. So, you see all Dads are mostly known as such. Especially, if you don't just go along with the system and stick your tail between your legs and keep your mouth shut. I really felt like such when I called the Catawba county court house to complain about the continued visitation violation. Going on now since 2005. The clerk told me to call my attorney. I have no money to get one with because of my child support, I told her. I ask her if she had a form that I could fill out to that her to court. She said there is none. If the courts dealt with visitation violations, like the dead beat dad thing, fathers like myself could have a life after divorce with our children. But instead, the state wants to give all of the father's money to the x, in the name of the children, and the fathers just have to go away. Everyone wins. Attorney's laugh all the way to the bank. The x wins because she has all of the fathers money. The courts win because they will not have to spend tax money on helping the fathers. Now the fathers have their newly acquired 2nd class citizenship... And the best interest of the children that you always hear about if you're a father... WE CONTINUE TO BE AT THE BACK OF THE LINE. IT'S ALL OUR FAULT. If I had any idea I was going to be treated this way I would never have gone to Vietnam. You know, life is unfair. Just look around you! But there is no reason why the law of the land can't be. Us men have been divided and separated.-Frank
