Christopher Beasley owes our 16 year old daughter in excess of $20,000...he owns his own home and vehicle and works under the table when he actually does work...he has NEVER helped to support our daughter and the great state of West Virginia has allowed him to do so...the family court Judge in Cabell County in charge of our case will not even enforce his own court Order. In WV, 6 months of consecutive non support is a felony...therefore, why is it Mr. Beasley and all the others like him are not put in jail?! Why does WV allow felons to just walk the streets free and clear at the expense of children like my daughter?!

The laws are already in place. What we have is a thoroughly broken system that refuses to enforce any of the laws. From the case managers, if you have one, right out to the marshalls or sheriff that refuse to go out to serve for fear of personal attack and possible death.
