Deadbeat mothers!!!!

Im 100% woman! These woman just need to stop trapping men the way they do....and learn to get off their butts and do something! My hubby and I have been married for 10 yrs and have been trying to have kids with no success. Supposably he has a 16 yr old son from a previous relationship. And the story goes like this: He was with this bipolar woman for 5 months when he told her that he had enough and he was leaving! All of a sudden, shes telling him she's pregnant! He didnt believe her and still he left to go work out of state. He never saw/contacted her within that time. When he went back to the area he ran into her at the store and she stated to him that she was pregnant. He says that hs really couldnt tell because it was snowing and she had alot of clothes on! Yeah right, she would have been at least 5-6 months pregnant (or more) by then...he would've noticed, because she was a small woman. Anyway he shunned her off again and left.

He then returned to the area about a yr later to find that she really did have a baby, but the baby was only months old. She invited him to see the kid and he excepted. Next thing you know he's getting a summons to appear in court for child support. Now get this, he was an illegal alien back then who didnt speak but 10 english words! She told him that if he didnt sign the papers when he went to court, they would lock him up and deport him back to his country...fo course he was scared.When he appeared in court, there was no one there to translate, he stated that he barely knew anything what was being said....and when they brought the papers to him, his just signed them.

Well, he told me this story within the first month of meeting him and I advised him to get paternity tests done. She has been avoiding him since. I wanted to meet the kid, because I love kids and I wanted to him to share in our lives. Well the mom refused.My hubby and I have seen this kid 3 times in 10 yrs, by accident. The kid barely calls my hubby dad. My hubby cant take the kid without written letter from his mom, also even with that he cant take the kid outside of the county where she initially got the child support order...court orders from day one.....like my hubby was a criminal or something! Anyway now shes asking for $1500 month, they're trying to give her this and the courts are also asking about my income! Well I tell you what, thats not freaking happening because we're trying to get paternity tests now and even if by some miracle it is his child....They are not getting my money for something they did in the past! I have the means to get a good lawyer and Im a no nonsense kinda woman...0 tolerance for BS!

I have too many friends in high places for me not to exploit this uncivilized justice among us american citizens! Why should others have to pay for ignorant people? I even went as far as telling my hubby that we can still be a part of this kids life even if the tests show that he's not my hubbys! I love kids....but all this baby momma drama has got to stop! These DEADBEAT MOMS ARE THE ONE WHO MAKE IT HARDER FOR THE ONES WHO ARE REALLY TRYING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN A KIDS LIFE!

Why do good dads get the short end of the stick

My husband is a terrific father it is one of the reasons I fell in love with him. There has been no child support order through the courts but every month has given his ex child support for nine years since then she has had two more kids with two different men and now split with the last one and says she needs more money. She doesn't work we buy all the things she needs for our home and I think it's crappy that because she doesn't want to work we have to give her more. I wouldn't have such a problem but she cries broke but every week my step daughter comes home telling us all the fun stuff she went to go do that week. We can't afford to do those things and we have 2 boys together one with severe health problems. I get women need help but I wish something that would change for the good guys out there instead of punishing the good for the bad. Where does the mothers responsibility come into supporting the child and why do the men suffer if the women chooses not to work.

I understand the need for child support. I have been paying for the last 17 years. I love my son more than anything and I will always be happy to pay my support. Heres what really ticks me off. For the past 17 years I have maintained a job. It was not always the same job, but for the majority of the yaers I did keep the same job. I ventured out on my own once to open up my own business. I never missed payments to my support while I was self employed. From the time I was 16 I always had a job and I progressed in pay each year except for one.Now what really gets me mad is that Although I worked hard to continually improve my self and my standard of living, the mother of my child didnt need to becouse she recieved child support. I started paying $150 a month and up until reccently I was paying $500 a month for one child. My sister and a couple others I know of who have three kids only recieved $350 a month for all three kids. Now here is the question I would like answered. Why doesnt the state look at this and say look if he can progress why arent you.I think that its time that the mothers need to step up and get out and make their fair share to help support the children.I am realistic, I understand that at first that would not be able to happen. But once the child is in school all day there is no reason the mother cant and shouldnt continue to improve. I do not want to lump all woman into this catagory becouse that would just be unfair. But there are many out there who do fit this description to a T. All that you are doing is building a miserable reltionship between you and the father and I know the child sees it.I know in my state I pay child support and also carry health insurance. Where is the 50/50? My son wont even come around anymore becouse of the things his mother has said. I have heard woman say that you dont know what it takes to raise children. But I do. I have raised not only my child ( mostly through child support) but I have also raised two children that were not mine. I raised them from the time they wre 1,4 years old till now and they are 15, 18 now. And their real dad is a dead beat. Lets get with the program and start doing your part too.

Mother Was A Porn Star

My son got involved with a woman who is seven years his senior and who at the time was in the porn business (during which she was a meth addict). She got pregnant because she "wanted a child with blue eyes". This woman is now out of the porn business, has straightened out her life and has a college degree. It's undeniable that my son is the child's father. When my son owned a successful business, he paid child support. But since the recession and his business went under, he has been unable to make timely child support payments. She refuses to let my son see the child until he pays up. My son hit a string of bad luck and went to jail for six months because of an outstanding warrant. He is out but is still unemployed. I'm not making excuses for my son; he should have used protection. Bottom line: You can't get blood from a stone? Maybe the States should look at both sides of the coin.

yakima ur so fucking right!!! woman are fuck up now days why put men on child support for no reason just because he leaves you or you get upset at him bitchs get over your self! my daughters moms tryning to mess my life up!! i havent seen my kid in shes one years old im the best father in the world in guess what i cant see her but she calls me every first of the month for that money!!! yea fucking child support money!!!! fuck her thats why men get pissed!

im a father who has raised my child from the day she was born i left my daughter mother when my daughter was four the mother was using drugs and also a heavy drinker i continued to fully support my daughter take her to and from school everyday buy school clothes and everything else that my daugter needed and wanted shes my only child and i have never been out of life and always supported my child 200% the mother signed temporary custody to me when my child was 7 she is 21 now and still my only child she graduated and started college under my care. Her mother who gave her to me 14 yrs ago told my 17 year old daughter after she graduated that she was grown my daughter decided to move with her now my daughter is in the worst trouble of her life in less than a year of staying with the mother, also for the 11 yrs that my child lived with me the mother was getting food and cash and medical assistance for my child i had no knowledge of this. I have worked every since my child was born she always been on my medical dental and optical i have applied for any type of state assistance for my child or myself. The mother has frauded the welfare system for 11 years and the state is making me pay it back! I had the mother summoned to court twice i brought my daughter my mother and father to court with me to testify on my behalf my daughter was sixteen the judge told me i shouldnt put my daughter in the middle of this and my mother or father was not asked to speak and i also had proof that my child has been in my custody since 1997. There is so much more to this story i can go on and on. I have no money to get real legal help. Im in detroit mi dealing with a county who treats all dads like deadbeats. My daughter is 21 now and i have never never been out of her life and i have always supported my child and i still am! I need help! I going through double jeapordy! The mother has frauded the system for 11 yrs and i have proof! The judge wont talk to my daughter or my other witnesses. What can i do?h

Frustrated Single Father

Im now a single father who will have custody of my 2 oldest children 4 yrs as oct 2011. I admit to owing back child support on the 2 i have custody of and yet i still have to pay back child support and have even had my pay checks garnished for payments, and yet their mother has not paid one sent in the time i have had custody and Support Enforcement will not go after her for child support. I think it is so messed up that i am not having to pay back child support for my kids that im raising with no child support coming from thier mother. I also live in Yakima, WA.

Child Support Laws A Big Joke

The child support laws are a big joke. The court does not care or give concern to the children who has a mother who makes a living having babies and living off the children's support money and taking care of the boyfriend and the new child that comes along. They need to make a law punishable for women who accuse men of being the father and are not, women who don't spend the child support on their children and allow boyfriends to abuse their children. And for those women out their who keep having babies and expects the taxpayers to support them with housing,food stamps, health care etc. it time for a change. It took two to make these children and two should be held responsible not the taxpayers and as for those women who are receiving their child support you should be held responsible for the other half of what is needed, it is called 50/50 not the taxpayers, And as for your situation get online and find situations as yours. As far as that goes if you ever married this man file income tax separately, bank accounts separate, all incidence write time date keep a record on file. Child has bruises or some sort of problem take notes, pictures. Purchase books to educate yourself so you know what are his rights. The law don't care Oh and by the way they sell the DNA test in the pharmacy as well. These kind of women deserve to loose their children and be put in prison. It is called false accusations. For us hardworking women out there we are what you call real moms, Zero tolerance abusing our children.

She cannot use your income

By law, the new spouse's income cannot be used to figure child support. Make sure that you let this be known when they ask you for your income. One of the reasons that my husband and I took two years to get married was that we were trying to make sure this is true, and it is. I owe child support myself, and my ex keeps pushing for more, as he puts it, just because he can.
