Forced to pay
by: Anonymous

It's a shame child support has put allot of men into poverty. Allot of woman have children knowing that if they split up with the father, they can run right to the child enforcement. I think taking someones driving license is the most retarded thing ever. Now they can't find a job!
The state is making plenty of money and it's a shame that they don't care anything about the non-custodial parent. A man should help support his children, but the state should not force it. Doing this has caused too much anger and resentment, which in turn does affect the children. Men today should think long and hard before having children. Child enforcement has caused allot of men to want to give up.

I know The Feeling
by: Anonymous

I know the feeling. I have been paying child support for years. Haven't seen my kids in years and is beginning to believe that that I'm not their father. The child support office is taking to much out of my check and I have lost my house , my car and other values because of the unfairness. These people are worst than the IRS. Why do they have such power?

The system is unfair but don't give up the fight
by: Anonymous

You have to keep fighting! Don't stop. Write to your legislature. Write to your local papers. Get on you tube. Do something to bring attention to your situation. It could be that the judge is getting kickbacks. You have to believe that in the end it is worth the fight. Your child will get older and wiser and the truth will come out. I know it is hard. If you want to discuss how we can bring attention to this unfair system, please email me at eshantell@hotmail.com.
Sincerely,

Looking for soliders for social change

I understand!
by: Stepmother of 3

You are not alone, the system is very bias to non custodial parents. WE all need to work together I have wrote a lot of blogs on the state of Texas blog page. We need to write our legislature as well as newspapers to get this system changed. 50/50 not 95/5 like it is now. If you ever need to talk my email is gill88fan@aol.com.
