Disabled Father

My son is grown, but because of repeated hospitalizations and recovery times--not working, before they put me on SSDI, I have a $3000 child support arrearage.
I can barely afford to live. I receive 836 per month. I live surrounded by medical devices, pill bottles, and plenty of old bills.
I live in an old run down house that is badly in disrepair and is probably the lowest value in the county. I also owe plenty of medical bills against it.
I am going to have heart surgery again on June 9.
The state just confiscated the stimulus payment. I went down and got some food from the food pantry.
The state wants to seize 50 dollars a month from my disability check. That might lower my income enough to put me on heat assistance and some food stamps, but more likely, It will lower my income enough that I will lose my house.
It looks like I will be downsizing to a Saturn and a sleeping bag after my heart surgery.
