Divorce, Thanks Texas AG Harris County
I just filed for divorce from my hubby of 11 years today due to the Harris County OAG and his ex gold digging wanna be. She has married 5 times, bar hopped all over south Harris county, and still has not found a man to support her entitlement issues. In the next 70 days my disabled son and I will go on alone due to the mess the OAG has created. I have to protect my small child at this point. I do not make enough to support him with his needs right now, but will do my best alone. It is only for a short time. Will I seek child support? Never with the TX OAG...their attorney's are crooked, heartless sob's. They allow a so called mother to come after a man after 15 years for back support. In other words she never asked, stayed hidden, lied and said his rights were terminated, refused visitation when child was young, and then 15 years later wham.....70,000 plus bs fees. The child is now 22 years old and still the OAG is sucking blood out of a turnip. Current hubby loses every job he gets due to this being on his credit and the good old fax the OAG sends over. Not only that they continued to garnish when the child was over 18 instead of placing a lien. All employers saw the amount and suddenly he was let go for reduction force. 5 times he lost good jobs for this. He has paid lump sums, lost our joint tax returns, paid arrears, and the current support until today. The amount never moved. Just today a lien was filed. I cannot handle the stress and pain my family goes through due to this any longer. I love my family but I cannot allow my sons future to be taken. I will buy my son his big old home with my inheritance in two years. The only satisfaction, I get at this point...is that witch will not be able to touch my home or belongings. She will never get anything now. She will continue to get older, uglier, and more bitter without a dime from my family. Had she wanted to make arrangements (to really help herself) and not be a bitter old lady. I would have gladly given her some money in the next two years to save my marriage and keep my son in a two parent home. |
