Do I have Rights

I thought, if you have to pay support for a child there should be rights involved. Not the case, I have been fighting a no winning battle for 2 years now. A magistrate who had no jurisdiction on the case made a judgement, for me to pay child support. And not only that lyed, and now have me paying arrears for a child that I have never met in my life. The mother moved to another state, and went to the Attorney General's office there. Claimed she had an order of protection against me, and for them not to disclose any information to me about her and this child. Do to it could lead to a life or death situation for her and the child, I Have put in so many orders to get this corrected. Back and fourth from my jurisdiction, to the original court that it took place in. But the Magistrate who awarded the case states they don't have jurisdiction to over turn their mistake, now tell me do I have rights. I hired a lawyer for a large lump sum of money, they showed up one time. And since I have been handling this case by my self, They have frozen my account because of the arrears though I have been making the payments since the amount was decided with out any contact of this woman or child. I'm now unemployed and they are still taken money from me, and my children that I take care have to take a back seat for a mistake that no one want to touch. Do to a slandering lye on the woman's behalf, and the Magistrate not investigating the truth. Do I have Rights, somebody let me know. And let it be known that this woman has never step in to the court.
