Establishing Child Support

So my boyfriend and I have been together for 2 and a half years we have an 11 month old together and im 5 months pregnant again. Well my boyfriend has 2 previous children from 2 different women one of which he is in the middle of a divorce with. He has been paying an arm and a leg in child support. In 2004 they established child support of 321 a month for his oldest daughter. Well in 2007 he had a little boy with his soon to be ex-wife and she put in paperwork to establish child support from him.
She called him the day before the court date and said they had to cancel it not to go they were gonna mail him a new date. He bought it and never showed up and she did! So he got screwed... They set his child support at 280 a month and she told the courts he only paid 153.00 a month for his oldest daughter which is only half! And to top if off they threw 3,000 dollars in back child support on because his soon to be ex-wife said he didn't take care of his son or see him at all.... BIG LIE! So once I got in the picture and realized what was going on I asked him why he never filed a modification and he said they told him he couldn't!
Yeah right were filing one we now have a daughter together that he needs to support also. His child support has been set so high he has 8,500 in back child support on one and 5,500 on the other. We got his child support with his daughter lowered he's just having to pay on his back child support however his wife she keeps having kid after kid after with different fathers just so she can get child support from all of them. She has twins a boy and a girl before her and my boyfriends child together. I was wondering if when they go for there mediation for the child support will they calculate in her twins as a child credit since she had them prior to my boyfriend and her having there son together.
My sister went to court here in Maricopa County (Arizona) and they wouldn't let my sister use her oldest as a child credit because she was my sisters responsibility before they had there son together. I kinda wanna know what were in for and what court will kinda look like for us!
