Faithful DAD

I have paid my child support since the beginning and only fell behind when I had to get an education to pay for my children, because 9 dollars an hour wouldn’t cut it. I was treated unfair right off the bat. While I sat in front of the mediator her and my ex-wife joked about how she should get extra money because how she liked my ex-wife. I had two jobs at the time which I did while we were married and she went to nursing school and didn’t work and my support was based off both jobs and my potential to earn more in the future. Let me just say I had months of no heat in my tiny alley apartment. I walked to the grocery store and to work when my car broke down. I went without food many times. I went from 250 lbs to 176 at 6'3. I gave plasma for a while until I was not allowed anymore because I couldn’t pass the physical. But through it all I paid my child support. I decided to go back to school and with the lords help I made it. I don’t know how but I made it (student loans now I’m in debt). I am now an LVN and she has been an RN the whole time. Guess what they increased my support and I found out by receiving adjustment letter in the mail. Through this whole time my ex built a house from the ground a two story home, fully furnished a new car each year no lie. So in all the system has to be adjusted for the children and the parents. It’s not in the children’s best interest. AG charges outrageous interest, and I have to get a lawyer if I want a word and all she has to do is make a call. My kids aren’t happy because they are old enough to speak out. She doesn’t spend the money on them if she does it has been very little.
