FAITHFUL LOVING FATHER

I had a son with a girl in highschool who thought trapping me would work so here I'am.My son turns 13 next month and have paid my childsupport on time for the past 13 years. I spent 2 years battling in court for my son due to him receiving abuse and his mom being a drug user. Needless to say 15,ooo later no son and paying more child support as a military soldier even though the court thought I provided the better enviroment my son could thrive they kept him in that situation and only imposed a restraining order on the abusive man of her two other kids and gave me joint custody and visitations.She disappeared for almost a year losing her home, living with her mom for over a year tell she was thrown out and diconnecting all her numbers so I could not find my son. I recently found my son by her brother who serves with me and the help of her mother and gradmother who support me as a father. I feel hopeless due to the system not doing a better job to protect and enforce fathers rights for the system does not work!!!All I was told by the system is to file a report and papers with court which I have done three times flying across country to do it.I wish there was an answer or a inexpensive way to fight back and have success with putting her in her place for all the system has done is enforce her will to think it is alright to use my son as a check and not let me see or talk to him. If someone has an answer that could help especially a reliable lawyer please let me know,thanks.
