Father With ZERO Rights
A few years back I was told I had three support cases imposed on me in Florida, out of the state of Iowa. I was never told by these women that they were expecting, much less notified of the births. One case even claimed I was notified of the court case but did not show. I was not notified! I took blood test. That came back 50% chance of being the father. My blood type is O+. That means I could be father to 50% of the kids on this earth. One child was removed from the home and finally adopted by his foster parents. I had to continue to pay and Iowa even ask for an increase after the adoption was final. Florida put a stop to that and closed the case. I still get notices that say my license will be suspended for failure to pay zero dollars. ???? I have never met these kids. I don't have any pictures, even though I have requested some. I only know their names and birth dates. I don't know what state they live in, how they do in school, are they in trouble, are they honor student, how the money is spent for them. I do know that the custodial parent is responsible to explain how the money is spent. I don't know where these women are or how they spend my paycheck, stimulus check or my wife's income tax return. I have had my license suspended several times and had to pay FL a lot of money to get it back. I have been threatened with jail and was told in the court room that I would pretty much have to be dead to get anything done to help me. All of this would not be so bad if I knew these kids. What must they think of me. The only contact numbers I have are for the child support unit. One women claimed I had a long term relationship with her, but I have yet to be able to recall who she is. One of the kids does not have my last name, nor his mother's maiden name, nor her married name. Who does this child belong to and why am I paying his father's child support?
