Father's Rights

I am a 34yr old single mom who has been dating a man for 4yrs. Two years ago he lost his job after 9yrs of paying 750.00 each month in childsupport for 1 son. I have a daughter of my own a receive 550.00 per month and would never think of putting her dad in jail over money. My boyfried recently got a decent paying job and can afford paying more in child support =800.00 per month based last court order (mind you he was unemployed at the time...or under employeed). He has not cell phone, a old beat up car, and doesnt pay anything around here because everything he could make he gave to his ex. The court put him in jail because he could not pay 800.00 a month although this summer alone he has given her more than 1200.00. How can he pay child support if he is locked up? How can he be a father if he is locked up? It takes two to make a baby and if a mother feels that the other person is not doing their part then that is the hand they were dealt....deal with it. I am so tired of Mothers taking advantage of their childrens fathers, the courts taking the side of the mothers and decent men ending up in jail because they married some or had children by some crazy bitch. Georgia law SUX! The dads who really want to be there and try to do right are the ones that suffer the most. Also, lets not forget about the children who's mom's make life hell.
