on several occasions the washington county indianas deputy prosecuting attorney has lied in court by stating that i owe child support. i was all caught up and current on my arrearages when he fraudulantly recieved my tax returns where did the money go? they say i still owe money when in fact they owe me over $2500 on top of that they put a lein on my wifes new 2009 cobalt saying i owe a lot of money, when in fact they owe me money.on top of all of this in june i was stricken with congestive heart failure. my son has lived with me on numerous months and i have proof in fact he's living with me now again. but the deputy prosecuter thinks i'm still supposed to pay support even though she has admitted in court that she has done drugs with my minor son. on top of that i had to pay a fine for him getting in a fight and take him to anger management classes or they were going to arrest my son for a fight that occured while he was living with his worthless drugged out ho of a mother.on top of thisthe deputy prosecuting attorney has sent me a nasty letter saying that if i dont pay what he thinks i owe there will be a $10,000 fine and prison time, when child support owes me money and i have proof. and whats up with dcs? my son and his brothers have turned their mom in for abuse and neglect but they didn't do anything to get the children out of the abusive, neglective, drug ridden home of their mother.
